In short: I collect what you send through the contact form and basic, privacy-conscious analytics about how the site is used. I don’t sell your data, I don’t run ads, and you can ask me to delete your information at any time.

This website is operated by Pinnacle Rank LLC (“Pinnacle Rank,” “we,” “us” or “I”), an SEO, AI visibility and Digital PR consultancy registered in New Jersey, United States. For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Pinnacle Rank LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

This policy applies to pinnaclerank.com and to the information you share with us when you contact us. It does not cover personal data we process on behalf of clients under a separate agreement.

When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as:

• your website address and the service you’re interested in
• how you heard about us, and the content of your message

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, some information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, and through our server:

• Technical and security data: IP address, request logs and security events, used to keep the site secure and to block abuse.

Information from third-party services

Some site features are loaded from third-party providers (for example, web fonts from Google Fonts). When your browser loads them, the provider receives your IP address and basic technical information, as described in their own privacy policies.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you don’t send it through the contact form.

• Steps before a contract, or contract: to answer your inquiry and to deliver services you request.
• Consent: for analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
• Legitimate interests: to run, secure and improve the website and to communicate with business contacts, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Legal obligation: where we must keep records or respond to lawful requests.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (through Google Site Kit) and Burst Statistics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that stores its data on our own server. These tools help us understand which pages are useful. We have not enabled advertising features.

For visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google Analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept in the cookie banner. Until then, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage switched off. Visitors elsewhere can switch analytics off at any time under Cookie settings.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, under contracts that limit how they can use it:

The contact form itself (WPForms) and Burst Statistics run on our own website; your form submission is emailed to us rather than sent to the plugin vendor.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy will continue to apply.

International transfers

Pinnacle Rank is based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data from the EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep data

• Inquiries and correspondence: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need them for an ongoing client relationship.
• Client records: for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
• Analytics data: Google Analytics event data is retained for up to 14 months. Burst Statistics data is kept on our server in aggregated form for reporting.
• Security logs: for a limited period needed to detect and investigate abuse.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
• correct inaccurate information
• delete your information
• object to or restrict certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already took place
• receive your information in a portable format
• opt out of the sale of personal information or targeted advertising (we do neither)

To make a request, email contact@pinnaclerank.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 30 days, or 45 days under U.S. state laws). If we decline your request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.

If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Our site honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, analytics cookies stay switched off unless you choose otherwise. Because there is no common standard for the older “Do Not Track” browser setting, we do not respond to it separately.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), a web application firewall, access controls and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
