Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pinnaclerank.com (the “Site”), operated by Pinnacle Rank LLC (“Pinnacle Rank,” “we,” “us” or “I”), a New Jersey limited liability company. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or related systems, or interfere with its security or performance
• send spam, malware or misleading information through the contact form
• scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the Site’s content without our written permission

Content on the Site, including articles, examples and illustrations, is provided for general information. It is not professional, legal or financial advice for your specific situation.

Search engines, AI assistants and media outlets are operated by third parties and change how they work without notice. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic level, AI mention or citation, media placement, or business result. Examples and case studies describe past work and are not a promise of future results.

Client engagements

Services are provided only under a separate written agreement or statement of work. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls. Submitting the contact form or receiving a proposal does not create a client relationship.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, logos and code, are owned by or licensed to Pinnacle Rank LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share links to the Site and quote short excerpts with attribution. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the Site, such as Google, ChatGPT or Perplexity, belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Governing law

Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
